We loved the spaciousness of the 3 rooms, perfect for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, situated right next to a beautiful park where we enjoyed evening walks and runs. The hotel offered excellent service, including a complimentary limo ride to the airport after our 5-night stay. Additionally, there were plenty of dining options within walking distance, as well as a convenient metro station nearby.
Cannot find any fault.

I loved the 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms and a living room/ kitchen area. The location was great, right next to Bustamante park, you could walk or run in the park even at night.
I had my Mom with me, she's 80, getting in and out of the tub (shower) was difficult, a high step, she needed a bar to hold and there wasn't one. It was not well advertised that they had complimentary airport transport. WE liked everything else

The staff was very helpful in providing information about services in the surrounding area, and they were very flexible with our check-in and check-out times. The location was excellent for exploring Santiago on foot.
It's a little worn, and it could've been cleaner.

Spent Christmas here with my family and we had a blast! the apartments were clean and some even had amazing views. We loved having access to free wifi and daily room service. the location was perfect with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby. the best part? the vouchers for a nearby gym, great way to work off all that holiday food!
Although we had a great time, the showers were a bit tricky, especially for older guests. I also wish they had better advertising for their complimentary airport transportation.

Spacious 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms. Great location near Bustamante park. Safe for walking/jogging at night. Excellent service and free airport limo. Variety of nearby dining options. Close to Metro station

This budget-friendly hotel is conveniently located next to a beautiful park, perfect for walking or running. the hotel offers spacious rooms with separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area. Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast and friendly staff. the hotel is earthquake-safe and offers gorgeous views of the park from the balconies.
Some rooms had an unpleasant odor and issues with sewage.
